My Mixed Tape

5 Feb

I like the idea of a playlist summarizing my week through songs. The Powers That Be at the Daily Post put out a challenge … describe your week through the power of a playlist.

It started off rough … but turned itself around.

This is my mixed tape.

If You’re Going Through Hell — Rodney Atkins

Living On A Prayer — Jon Bon Jovi

Roar — Katy Perry

Whip It — Devo

Staying Alive — The Bee Gees

How’s your week going?

Mine is more like the “Long and Winding Road” it seems followed my “Beat it” – I am glad today is Friday. Have a great weekend.

Considering, how frigid New York City weather has been this entire week, Guat, the Rolling Stones’ “She’s So Cold” could be my theme song these days, I feel like such a freezer on feet.

Duuuuuuude I’m hearing about the cold storms out there. The Rolling Stones would totally be appropriate how about I send you some Beach Boys action and bring the sunshine your way :).

Bon Jovi, Devo and the Bee Gees on the same playlist? This former Queens boy approves, and how! I love how you rock your roll. Keep up the amazing work you’re doing.

Dude don’t they rock for all kinds of reasons! Love JBJ and Devo. But the Bee Gees maaaaaaaaan! They are awesome. They make my knees quiver.
